How do I track my shipment?
We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s).This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST only.
What pin codes do you ship to?
OUZEL has Cash On Delivery option available on selected pin codes. To check the availability of COD service, please put your pincode while making the purchase.
